The Yearning for Smoking

The yearn for a cigarette - is also temporary. Many of those who quitted smoking tell, that within a few days the strong longing for smoking weakens, and after two-three weeks the desire to light a cigarette rarely rises. It is important to remember this point. Smokers usually try to justify their return to smoking by saying: "I just won’t be able to bear the mighty urge to smoke for months, not to mention if it will continue for the rest of my life." If you recognize the fact, that the psychological period of inconvenience is relatively short, it is much easier to except it as the price of success in the mission of quitting.
