When quitting smoking some feelings must come to satisfaction without the help of the smoking "drug". This thing may cause a temporary , although great, accumulation of tense and anxiety which are expressed with nerves. For example: If cigarettes used to emphasize pleasant feelings in you (eating, pleasant conversation, times when you’re relaxing and feeling good) - from now on you have to learn, or actually relearn, to produce enjoyment from pleasant situations, without the smoking. on the other hand, if you use cigarettes to get rid of unpleasant feelings, to ease on a mental distress (anxiety, tense, fear, boredom, etc.), you’ll probably have to deal with such cases without a cigarette, for the first time in many years.
