- Pick a good time to quit.
Don't try to quit when you're under a lot of stress!
- Always tell yourself that you're doing the right thing,
and that by quiting the smoking habit you're making your
life better and more enjoyable (for you and for the people around you).
- Ask your family and friends to help you quit smoking and to support you.
- Eat a balanced diet and drink a lot of natural fruit juice!
- Get exercise, and lots of it! Remember that you're helping your
body to get healthier!
- If you can, than join a stop-smoking program by an association near
you. If you need any help in finding such an association, you can
ask our help and we'll be glad to be of assistance.
- Never Touch a Cigarette! Never Light a Cigarette!
- Try convincing other smokers you know to stop smoking like you did!
