  • Eat a balanced diet and drink a lot of natural fruit juice!
  • Get exercise, and lots of it! Remember that you're helping your body to get healthier!
  • If you can, than join a stop-smoking program by an association near you. If you need any help in finding such an association, you can ask our help and we'll be glad to be of assistance.
  • Never Touch a Cigarette! Never Light a Cigarette!
  • Try convincing other smokers you know to stop smoking like you did!
