The Third Day:
Comments

it is still obvious that it is hard for you without cigarettes. It may be still hard for a few weeks. But now, 72 hours after the last cigarette you have smoked, it is easier for you to breath, your mouth is fresher, and you almost don’t cough at all. Think of these advantages when you’re attacked by headaches and other signs of stress and discomfort, and remember that all of those symptoms are temporary, and the advantages - are permanent.

Do you sometimes "die" for a cigarette? - maybe - but those incidents are less common than yesterday and tomorrow it will be even lesser. No it’s not easy to quit, however you’re in the right way.
