The Third Day
Today you can be happy with yourself, you have all the reasons to. Allow yourself to 
ease the routine of the previous two days. If you want to - and only if you really 
want it - dine with the company of smoking people. Spend an hour or two in the evening 
watching TV, reading or other activities that you like (stay away from card games, it is 
too soon yet).
In all of the other events, stick with the customs that you have adapted to yourself 
in the last two days: don’t drink coffee, eat full meals, wash your mouth after every 
meal, take a walk. Don’t forget: a tub every morning and evening, and once in a while 
a short glance at your notes. In brief - everything as usual. If you know some other 
people who try to quit, be certain to stay in touch with them. Their support and 
understanding can be of an assistant to you.
