The Fourth Day

Beware of this day. This day might cause your failure. Your first enthusiasm is fading away. After you have proven to yourself that you are able to quit, you are exposed to many temptations: "The hell with it, one cigarette can’t harm.", "Smoking one cigarette, it’s as if you don’t smoke at all".

However this theory is wrong. Don’t fool yourself. The next sentence which is commonly said about alcoholics is true for you too: "One cigarette too many, and one thousand won’t be enough for you."

Even if you’re not tempted to smoke today, continue to stick in the usual customs that you’ve adapted to yourself in the last three passing days. Don’t give up those walks of yours and don’t change a thing. What you can allow yourself is to hang more between smokers. You can also allow yourself to spend the evening like you were used to. However, beware of boredom, especially boredom which cause restlessness. Your main enemy this evening is your mood. However, your best friends are: the recording chart that you made and friends who already quitted smoking.
