The Second Day

The first few hours of the morning are not different from the day before: fruit juice right after you’ve woke up, and afterwards a glass of milk or tea, a warmish shower, etc. Make sure you’ll enjoy a nice and tasty breakfast. Brush your teeth and go out for a walk. It has been 33 hours since you last smoked a cigarette and you’ll probably feel the benefits soon. It is most likely that you wouldn’t have to clean your throat from sputum and the coughing will slowly stop. In brief - you are full of energy and hope.
