The First Day:
Comments

the first day might be tough. As it was already mentioned you might have suffered from depression, sweat, your hands trembled, it was hard to concentrate, your head ached. Those symptoms and others appear in the first day of many people who quit smoking. However medical reports say that those symptoms are a result of a psychological pressure, and not only a biological state of the consumption of cigarettes by the body.

How will you feel in the first day? There is no man, not even yourself, who can answer that question in advance. However one fact is known for sure: The more you’ll be determined in your decision to quit, the easier it will be. If you haven’t established a clear stand in the subject, you’ll just make it hard on yourself.
