The First Day:
Noon

Make sure you’ll eat lunch alone, or along with people who don’t smoke - or better, with an ex-smoker. If you eat outside, ask for juice or soup, something that will be served to you as quickly as possible (so that you’ll keep your hands and mouth busy, while waiting for the dinner). If your not a slow eater, try and be one - at least for these few days. Chew the food. Eat your meal at ease but still never stay to rest afterwards. Brush your teeth, and if you can, it is preferable to use mouthwash. Make an effort and take a little walk, take a fruit, and before get back inside your home or office take a deep breath of the fresh air for 30-60 seconds.
