The First Day:
The Morning Hours

You may feel a slight headache, feel depressed, feel unable to concentrate, or - as many who quitted told - feel just good and happy. Don’t be disturbed if your hands or legs will sweat a lot. It’s not so bad. Try to set aside those symptoms by a high physical activity, drinking of juices or soft drinks. Work out by breathing deeply for 30-60 seconds. Start thinking about lunch, allow yourself to snack a little (things like a gum), but don’t spoil your appetite.
