For your first daily activity hurry to the kitchen, make yourself some fruit juice, orange, grapefruit, or tomato juice. Those fruits usually contain a high percentage of vitamin C., which is beneficial for the proper work of the intestines; By that you’ll also achieve the removing of the Nicotine from your body.The next step: take a hot cup of tea (remember: tea, not coffee) or even a glass of hot milk. Drink it while relaxing in a hot tub. Wipe yourself dry with a rough rubbing of your buddy with a thick towel. Now - on breakfast - take another glass of fruit juice, or fresh fruits, and in the end drink tea or milk. After breakfast get up from the table - right away. Brush your teeth, and use mouthwash. Plan your daily schedule in a way that before you’ll get out to work or start any other activities, you’ll have enough time for a short walk. As means of precaution make sure you’ll carry a sugarless gum, carrot or any other vegetable or fruit, and now get out and breath deeply.
