Stage 1 (First Week)

smoke normally but write down every event connected with the smoking of the cigarette: time, the activity (what have you done while lighting the cigarette), what was your mood: irritate, happy, dole, angry, etc. analyze your smoking habits: when do you smoke more and when less. Do you smoke with your coffee, after your meal, while thinking (concentrating), when you’re alone or with other people, or is your smoking automatic, with no particular reason, approximately every 20-30 minutes.

In brief, write down every cigarette you smoke and by that you’ll the cigarette that you smoke out of will.
