Now it’s time to start with the independent action towards the breaking loose from
cigarettes.
Remember - quitting smoking is a process of "relearning". The emphasis in this process
is loosing up from present habits and cutting off associative connections between
smoking and different stimulations such as: drinking coffee, food, watching TV,
conversation, nerves, boredom, anger, joy, etc. etc. Such change is not easy, so don’t
hurry. Do it in stages...
