you’ll be able to confront them with success, and to stand in the end as a winner with
no need in cigarettes, smoke or tobacco. You’ll be able to be healthy, free and
undependable on a cigarette. Therefor, convince yourself with the advantages of
breaking free from the cigarette. Think of the positive motives which best fit you,
such as: feeling physically better, an improvement in your health, breaking free from
a dependency, money saving, a good model for your children, greater and full enjoyment
from good smells and tastes, improvement of your physical fitness, etc.
Look at quitting smoking and giving up cigarettes as a positive step. It’s not a
negative act that takes away from you something, but a positive act which gives your
personality a new dimension of self control. With quitting smoking - you earn a new and
improved life style.
