 The Second Day: Evening and Supper
Again continue with the same agenda from yesterday. Prepare again full employment for 
the evening time. Don’t think on the concept that you will never smoke again. Think 
that tonight you won’t smoke. An energetic activity is the most efficient prescription 
against boredom and unnecessary thoughts. Go out and play tennis, clean your apartment, 
make sure you’ll be physically tired and mentally calm.
