  1. Occupy yourself with various physical activities, mainly in sport.
  2. If you need a replacement for smoking, eat fruits, vegetables, sugar-free candies, sugarless gum etc.
  3. Try and eat as much as you used to eat before quitting smoking. Decrease the amount of bread you it to the minimum, if it’s possible.
  4. Eat less sugar, use a sugar substitute when drinking coffee and tea (brown sugar, molasses, is recommended).
  5. Approximately half a hour before the dinner - drink fruit juice, soda or water, eat a hard candy or chew some gum. Thus you’ll restrain your appetite.
  6. Increase physical activity: walk, occupy yourself with sports, exercise.
