How to Quit Smoking?

First of all, you have to adopt a positive way of thinking before quitting smoking.
Say to yourself: "I want to quit smoking", "I am going to be released from slavery to cigarettes once and for all", "soon I'll be free of the desire to smoke" (don't say "I'll try to quit smoking". "I'll do my best…", "I hope to quit". These sayings express a doubt which weakens the will for struggle).
Repeat to yourself:
"I can quit smoking, soon I will be an ex-smoker".
Think of acquaintances that had been addicted to smoking and succeeded in quitting. Be sure you, too, can quit smoking.
Remember: quitting smoking has nothing to do with will power, strong character etc., the ability to quit smoking is related to firm resolution and to the degree of your desire to be free of cigarette slavery. The stronger your will to be free, the easier it is for you to quit smoking.
It is important to enhance that anyone can kick off the habit of smoking without suffering too much, if they follow the method that's right for them.
