Letter #1

I have an uncle that became 100 years old 

January 31 this year. He did not smoke during 

his life and I am wondering if it would 

be useful to provide a list of such elderly 

people who did not smoke. I am 76 years old 

and am still running a business and I did not smoke. 

I tell my fellow "seniors" that 

"You must keep the brain and body busy, 

or you will be dead before you know it."
