Subject: stopping smoking 
Just thought I'd let you know I appreciate your non-judgmental approach.
8 years ago I stopped smoking for 2 years, my initial motivation was the
evidence I unearthed re: the subterfuge and profits of the tobacco
industries.  
   
It's more helpful to those of us who smoke, and are trying to stop, to be
given factual, useful information.  I'm wearing a nicotine patch today, and
haven't smoked since last night.  There is no right or wrong way for
everyone, each of us needs to do what works.  Period.  Heaping shame and/or
guilt on smokers exacerbates the situation, much the same as ridiculing obese
people.
